The Brief

Client was looking to raise £110k for an upcoming VAT bill they were due.

The Challenge

Due to the seasonality of their business and some large VAT payments being made that quarter, the client needed to a short-term cash injection into the business.

The Solution

We approached 2 loan providers that provided flexible loan structures so that the client could receive the cash and settle the loan early in its term without having to pay any remaining interest charges after the date of settlement.

To illustrate how this product worked. We secured a £110k loan over 5 years. The repayments on this loan were circa £3,000 p/month. The client settled this loan 4 months later, and only paid the interest on the 4 payments made on this loan and settled the net balance remaining on the agreement.

The Outcome

The loan was approved on the same day as application and funds were transferred to the client within 48 hours, allowing them to pay their VAT bill on time and keep in control of their cashflow.
