Development Finance is short term funding used for the construction or refurbishment of property, whether the project be a residential or commercial development.
Commercial mortgages are usually used by businesses who want to buy property or land for commercial use. Similar to residential mortgages, the money is borrowed from a bank or specialist lender and then repaid in monthly instalments over a set term, with interest added on top.
What is refinancing and how does it work? Refinancing is releasing capital tied up in assets to free up cash to use elsewhere, or simply to improve cash flow.
