As Breadalbane’s reputation continues to grow so does the talented team, attracting some of the best talent that the industry has to offer.
Jamie Lindsay, Director of Breadalbane comments on the growth of the team:
“The Breadalbane team has been working hard to strengthen our reputation as one of the most trusted and respected commercial brokers in Scotland and the continuous positive feedback that we receive from clients and introducers makes me incredibly proud of the business and the team.
However it’s important that we don’t rest on our laurels. As our reputation grows so does our team of talented financial brokers and I’m delighted to announce the appointment of four new members to the Breadalbane team.
Lynsey Innes joined us from Ultimate Finance where she brings a wealth of experience working for funders. Lynsey has transitioned perfectly into the brokering world where she’s a real asset to the wider team.
Freya Kerry joined us from TSB where again she brings funder experience to Breadalbane. Freya’s focus on Property Funding helps strengthen our experience in this area.
Most recently we welcomed John Smyth to the team who joined us from Bibby Financial Services with a focus to support our existing and new clients in the West of Scotland. John brings his individual style to the team which is infectious.
When you combine these new members of the team with the home grown talent that we have nurtured internally, with Jonny and Duncan’s promotion to Directors and Jack building our direct sales desk over the last few years, I genuinely believe that we have created an organisation that is unparalleled in its drive, ability and industry experience. David Matthewson continues to play a pivotal role as our yoda – I don’t believe there is a more respected and well regarded individual in financial services.
Our most recent appointment is the one that I’m most proud of. Angus Malcolm has joined us as a school leaver apprentice to support Jonny Cosgrove with our growing client portfolio. Angus’ attitude and outlook impressed both myself and Jonny and we both unanimously decided that he would play an important role in our organisation and the wider financial services industry. As we continue on our growth trajectory, we will look at the opportunity to develop and support younger adults within the wider team”.
